Before you ask
Is the Hostarra Platform available today?
It is in early access. We are onboarding a small number of founding properties on pilot terms, with modules switched on as they are ready for your setup.
Do I need new hardware?
Usually not. Hostarra runs in a browser and on Android or iOS phones and tablets, and works with standard receipt and KOT printers.
How is guest ID data handled during self check-in?
Guests give consent before sharing an ID, Aadhaar numbers are stored masked, access is limited by staff role, and you set how long documents are kept.
Do I have to buy marketing to use the software?
No. The platform and the growth services are separate. Use one, the other, or both.
